This collection of 3 cent stamps is a combination of 1st day issue cancellations and original gummed unused stamps matching the cancelled envelopes. 37 pages of random colors, all stamps are face valued at. There are 2 envelopes with each stamp, post marked from different regions. Some have never been opened. The unused stamps are in excellent condition w/original gum & hinge.
