Rare red 2c Washington Stamp
This stamp was bought some time between 1917 to 1945 Mr Tibbs served in War Wold 1 and War World 2. He was injured and had to be hospitalized and Mrs Tibbs wrote to him often.
All we know is it is. Very old not sure what year this stamp is. Rare Red United States 2 cents stamp George Washington stamp original glue on the back.
It has a couple Of wrinkles.
