Items that are in the pictures are the item that you are going to get, so please look at the pictures carefully, cause that is the most important part of the description. I'm putting up larger lots (Bulk) of Precancel singles and blocks. Most bulk lots will have a lot of different ones with duplications.

Can not tell you how many of each, for this lot is UNCHECKED. Most are Used without gum and some will have hinges still on them. Maybe Some do have Gum. Some may be stuck together because of the gum and the hinges.

May have some that the perforations are coming apart. Some may have small faults. Some will have writing on the back.

I have banana boxes full of Precancels (1 state in each box), so I pull them out, count them and then list them. They are truly Unsearched and Unchecked. For single stamps auctions the last picture is with the stamp on a light board, so that you can see any faults with the stamp. The pictures over-ride the description.

Stamps switched out on me before. Look at the picture to get your opinion of the condition. I have been collecting stamps / precancels for around 42 years and I do not consider to be a expert.

If the item has Gum, we will list it in the header. When I have the listing " Used, Hinged ", it is stating. That it has been Hinged or still have a hinge by a collector.

If it has " No Gum, Part Gum ", I consider a. If you pay for the items separate, you will get separate.
